Max, the dog, had a toy that he loved so much,

It was his favorite, he played with it a lot and such.

One day he went to the park with his friends to play,

But when he came back home, his toy was far away.

Max searched high and low, all around his house,

He looked in every corner, with a friendly mouse.

But no matter how hard he looked, he could not find,

His beloved toy, which was now stuck in his mind.

He asked his friends, Polly the bird, and Harry the hamster,

If they had seen it anywhere, but they couldn't answer.

Max was so sad, he missed his toy so much,

He wished he could find it and feel its soft touch.
